Image Creation/Manipulation

This photo was created in the original size of 5202x3465 pixels (18 megapixel, RAW) and was shot with the Canon EOS 7D using Canon EF-S 24-70mm f/2.5 L USM Zoom Lens. A total of 11 images of different exposures were shot (AEB mode), then blended in Photomatix, cropped and edited in Lightroom.

The section also allows the inclusion of the said works in a film, television broadcast, or cable programme.

The definition of a work of artistic craftsmanship in Section 20(1) means it does not include a painting, drawing, engraving, or photograph. Therefore, the Singaporean freedom of panorama does not apply to, among other things, two-dimensional works such as billboards, murals, paintings in art galleries and museums, posters, and signs.
